“…"There has to be a quid pro quo, you have to see a significant advance on the finance. Otherwise, what's the point?" de Boer said...Unless we see an advance on ambitious industrialised country targets and significant finance on the table, it is very difficult for negotiators in this process to continue their work in good faith."…” – al-j a z e e r a news online
Money makes the world go round – they say. “They” in my perception are those humans who have a dollar sign etched to both eyes like some unglamorous, outdated ray-ban shades. They’ve allowed themselves to be trapped in the cycle of money, money and money, as though, it were their religion. Behold, the material world. Where did they put their hearts at? When the world is increasingly facing dramatic and terrifying climatic effects of global warming, partly thanks to the humans who only proceed if they find it beneficial to the economy regardless of possibilities that it may bring harm to the environment - what were they thinking? It’s best for the human race? What’s their definition for “best”? And why do we allow them to assume what's best for us? Where did they put their hearts & mind at? The excessive love for money just makes another, a destroyed & empty soul. So melodramatic, but its just frustrating to see humans with money and authority who don’t have a clue on how to use it right for themselves and others.
